Wrapping up the School Year

The school year is ending with lots of friends and sports. FaithAnn ended her softball season with a bang. She crushed it and had a blast. She played her heart out, learned from mistakes, shined in her strengths and grew! Hunter and Trent ended their lacrosse season. Trent LOVES lacrosse. Hunter doesn't love it, so this may have been his last season. But, Trent's team was undefeated and they won the gold cup. Trent was voted "All Star" for his team, which was a huge confidence booster for him....but he doesn't really need more confidence, lol! 

They are all so blessed with amazing friends. We don't take them for granted one bit. They are all so sweet and fun. We had field day at school, which was my last parent event with Hunter at Rummel Creek. Growing boy!! I also went to a field trip with FaithAnn. They are all blossoming ang blooming. I love watching them all grow into their own person, own personalities and strengths. What a great season of life. A fabulous chapter that comes to a close. 

Happy 8th Birthday, FaithAnn

My baby turned 8!!!! Happy Birthday, FaithAnn! We surprised her with a load of softball gear to get her ready for her summer tournament team. She loved it all. We had 4 lacrosse games for Hunter and Trent on her birthday. She was such a trooper, and she didn't complain one second. 

We had a surprise ready for her when we got home. Her sweet friends were hiding in the garage, holding a cake and singing "Happy Birthday." FaithAnn was shocked and loved it. What a sweet ending to her birthday. 

I took her lunch on the Monday following her birthday. Then, she and Ally made the cakes for her party that day after school. She wanted a sports theme party. We went to Rummel Creek and played sports with her friends. It was so simple and perfect. We played music, danced and laughed. Ally and her friends came too. It was so great. Happy 8th Birthday! 8 is great!!! May you continue to fill every room with joy, fun and genuine laughter!
