More fun!! Friends, outdoor exploring, parties, Cotillion for Hunter, and gearing up for Halloween. Hunter has been taking Cotillion classes, and it so cute. He gets suited up and learns life skills. Dancing, table manners and more. He hates it, I love it, ha! My kids have the best friends, and we love having a house full of kids. Our house is always full of laughter, adventure and ideas. Soaking it all up.
Soccer and football! Fall fun! Hunter's first year playing middle school football. He made MMS B team, which was a fun experience. He played mainly defense and grew in power and confidence. Trent played SBMSA with the Trojans again. He started off the season with another toe injury...doing the same thing he did last time. However, he dodged surgery this time. Just a boot for 4 weeks! He dove back in full force, and they went all the way to the end! And FaithAnn made AL soccer, which she tried out for. She was excited and the talent really stepped up a notch. The games were so fun and intense. She took a few private lessons from cousins, Sadie and Sawyer. To top it off...Ally is the SHS mascot, so we love going to the Friday night high school games! Such a great kick off to the Fall season!
Teenager! Hunter is 13. On September 13. Golden Birthday! He opted for a nice bday present, so he got a HiBoy electric scooter. He loves it. He had a slumber party with his best friends. We went to dinner then a Stratford football game. They each got a goodie basket full of treats. They woke up to a big breakfast and scooter. On his actual birthday...I let him skip some school to go to lunch then iFly! It was such a treat. He was surprised and excited. Sweet Grayson joined us for some added fun. Hunter....we adore you. You are joyful and outgoing. A ray of light. I pray you continue to fill every room with joy! Happy 13th Birthday, Hunter!
What a big year!!!! Let's go! Hunter is ready to play school sports and is settled into middle school. Trent is the big man on campus in 5th grade! And FaithAnn is closing us out in 4th grade. Ally is a senior this year, which is bittersweet. She came over the first day of school for her picture. These pictures and moments are ones that I will cherish forever. Trent started the year off strong with a broken toe, thankfully we dodged surgery. But he did have to take a few weeks off football, but he is all healed and back in motion. Cheers to an amazing year of growth, new friends, old friends and confidence!
