FaithAnn turned NINE on May 8! She skipped school, and we went to iFly for a birthday treat. Her good friend, Cambrie, surprised her there for her bay gift. It was so fun. She was shocked to see Cambrie turn the corner. Priceless. Then, we went to lunch at Cafe Express. We walked to a dessert place for the final treat of the day. What a special, memorable birthday.
A few days later, we had a very casual party at our house. An ice cream party. The girls filled our patio with all the ice cream toppings. It was a mess. And so fun. We put on a movie outside while they ate their massive ice creams. Scott got a pinata to add to the fun. A little bit of backyard kickball...then everyone went home. Simple and perfect.
We got her a volleyball class as a gift. Presley and Cambrie joined, and it really was so fun. They had the best time, and all left saying "volleyball is one of their favorite sports." It was adorable to watch. We definitely have lots of volleyball in our days ahead. Happy Birthday to my sweet girl. FaithAnn is the perfect amount of sweet, sassy, gentle, rough, and my literal best friend. I love her more every day. Happy 9th!
