Friends and Fun

Our kids are blessed with amazing friends, truly, such a blessing. I pray these friendships continue until adulthood! Hunter is friends with everyone! Any group of friends, any sport, any activity, any party, any time! This means a lot of birthday parties and play dates. But, Hunter is also the most spontaneous in his play dates. Not many are planned...they just happen! Probably because he is friends with everyone, so people just run over when he's outside!

Trent is mister cool guy. I would say, he is a little more introverted than Hunter. He's not shy. He's just not interested in being friends with everyone. He is more interested in being super close to his tight friends. Trent just had Grey spend the night, and we had a blast. Scott set out the tent in the backyard and made a campfire. These boys and these memories are so precious.

Faith Ann is a total extrovert. She has a million friends and loves them all so much. She wants to always be with friends, always have a plan to see the next friend. Her sweet friend, Presley, lives at the end of our street. So, they get a lot of time together. Riley is always one of her closest...they totally get each other and can relate to each other. Riley spent the night, and their giggles are priceless. And Blake, is her oldest friend. Friends since diapers!! They are in class together and they are adorable!

Football is officially over. Both boys made it to the playoffs, and their teams were so fun to watch. I know that we have MANY football days ahead. In fact, Trent's coach gave speeches for each player. And he recognized Trent for his hours of practice in the front yard...with his mom!!! So cute that all these boys and coaches know how many hours I play sports with my kids. I love it. Playing outside with them is my passion! I plan to do it until I can no longer walk!

We have had some really cold days. I train people at 5:30am, which means I am in the thick of the freezing temps. So, I had to document my hilarious outfits that I work in. I know, I look awful, but I can't stand being cold. haha! And cold, rainy days won't ruin our playtime. I still load up the car with kids and figure another way to be active. We went to church one day to play dodgeball. Just me and 4 boys. It was epic and fun. We laughed and played for hours.

And soccer for Faith Ann has come to an end too. She crushes it! Her head is always in the game, her eyes are laser focused. It is so fun to watch. On to the next...basketball!! The kids have quickly transitioned and we are already shooting hoops daily in the driveway! And this is my favorite picture and me and Faith Ann. She reminds me so much of my mom in this picture...with her wrist flip! So prissy...so ZsaZsa! I love when my mom shows herself in my kids. A reminder that pieces of her will continue to bless my days. Fall is wrapping up and memories are flowing in. These are truly the best years of my life.
