We have his 6 month appointment soon, and I am excited to see what the doctor has to say. 6 months is going to be full of new things...very fun! Hunter has grown a lot and he doesn't feel like a baby anymore...he is so strong and sturdy. I am guessing he weighs around 16-17 lbs...that is just my guess, we will see? We are enjoying the weather, and had fun at a picnic with daddy at the Water wall by his office. Here is what he is up to:
- experimented with rice cereal the other day...he was not interested (we will work slowly on this one!)
- always makes the "clear your throat" sound, he thinks its funny
- sucks his thumb and pacifier, at the same time! (I pick my battles, he is going to win this one!)
- sits up unassisted with me close by;)
- laughs and talks like its nobody's business
- rolls from tummy to back...still no interest in back to tummy
- sleeps on his back and still doesn't move when he sleeps
- loves cartoons, being outside, bearing weight on his legs
- laughs hysterically when we blare music and sing in the car, with the windows down
- as of Jan 26, he still sleeps 12 hours-straight-at night....AMEN sista!
- still a 3 nap baby (9 am, 12, and 3) all naps are 1-2 hours! The boy needs his sleep!
- breastfeeds 5 times a day (8am, 11, 2, 5, 7 bedtime)...I am getting good at feeding "on the run!"
- Working on eating rice cereal in the morning (pictures of attempt #1)
