On actual Thanksgiving day, we headed to Austin to spend the day with Scotts family. He adores his sweet 94 year old Mimi. She is a treasure and goals for sure. Aunt Connie had a full house of kids, cousins and food. It was delicious food and a full day of visiting. What a treat.
We get a week off of school for Thanksgiving. So, a favorite tradition is to head to Brownwood to visit Chad's family. Loads of outside and cousin time! Shooting, playing, feeding cows and exploring. Cousin Ally joined us this time. We made a big Thanksgiving dinner, it was so special. It is a week full of quality, intentional time with family. I love every second. The kids are full of joy and thankfulness. Happy Thanksgiving!!! What a good one!
